Riverbank 5k

Club race from behind Cameron House, through Lomond Shores, cycle path to the Vale Academy. Nine of us running this year. Tried to take it easy at the start and not go with the faster runners, happy to finish 4th, with reasonably even mile splits with a slight improvement over the last mile or so.

Riverbank 5k

Club 5k race, 5 of us set off from Old Luss Road, through Lomond Shores onto the cycle path to St Martins, tried not to start too quick and maintain a steady pace, seemed to work out ok, nearly a minute quicker than last year, finished 4th out of 5.

Riverbank 5k

Short club road race in this years GP, start moved back about 100 yards after I remeasured the course on Monday. Set off in a chasing start of 3 groups, slowest first 0 minutes then 2 & 4 minutes, set off in the last group and didn't quite hold on, finished 3rd fastest just over 22 mins, about the same as last year taking the extra 100 yards into account, good fun.
