Out and back run from the top of Glen Luss to Doune Hill over Beinn Eich and Beinn an Lochian. Good day for running, sunny with a cool breeze, views for miles. A few walkers out plus another couple of runners.
Steady run to finish inside 2 1/2 hours. More pictures
