Another good day and set off for an afternoon run up Ben Lomond, went up via the tourist path, kept the pace easy and runnable. Top in cloud as I set off but clearing with good views all round and plenty of walkers going up and down.

Nice descent via the Ptarmigan ridge, cold breeze as I dropped down through the crags at the start, only a few on this path. Finished in about 2 1/2 hours. Loch too choppy for a swim! More pictures here.
